Term of service

General

  • Please read the entire TOS before we begin.

  • I will not be held responsible if you fail to thoroughly read the TOS.

  • I reserve the right to decline orders that do not match with my style.

  • All aspects of my work process (including sketches and material preparation) remain my property.

  • I can share work-in-progress (WIP) updates on my social media.

  • I can include the artwork in my portfolio.

  • If you want the artwork to remain private, an additional fee of 25% applies as it limits my ability to promote my skills.

  • DO NOT CLAIM THE ARTWORK AS YOUR OWN.

  • NO RUSH ORDERS.

  • Do not use the artwork to train any AI.

  • Do not use the artwork for any blockchain, NFT, or similar technology.

  • You are allowed two revisions. Please summarize your requests at once. Any additional revisions will result in an extra fee of 25%.

  • I work within a 3-week timeframe. If you delay in replying beyond the deadline, your project will be moved to the end of the queue.

  • Payment is due within 3 days. Once payment is received, I will send the artwork via email. If payment is delayed, the artwork will be reserved.

Work Process

  • A 25% deposit of the chosen scale is required within 3 days to reserve your spot in the queue.

  • I am a student, so I do not accept rush orders. My work timeline will not be over 3 weeks, depending on complexity.

  • My work process includes: 1. Sketching 2. Linework and color blocking 3. Rendering and finalization. Revisions are allowed only during steps 1 and 2, with a maximum of 2 times. Please summarize revision requests at once. Additional revisions will also result in a 25% fee.

  • Once the sketch is approved, I will provide the final price, deducting the 25% deposit.

  • The final payment is due within 3 days after the artwork is completed. If payment is delayed, the artwork will remain my property

Payment

  • Payments should be made through Buy Me a Coffee.

  • Payment of a 25% deposit of the chosen scale is required within 3 days to reserve your spot in the queue.

  • Once the sketch is approved, I will provide the final price, deducting the 25% deposit. The final payment is due within 3 days after the artwork is completed. If payment is delayed, the artwork will remain my property.

Cancellation and Refund

  • You can request a refund before I start sketching.

  • No refunds will be issued once the sketching has begun.

  • If you cancel the order, any files related to the artwork will remain my property

Personal Use
Credit me whenever you post the artwork on social media.

Allowed:

  • Collecting

  • Setting as a profile picture or wallpaper

  • Printing or sharing with others

Not Allowed:

  • Reselling

  • Editing

Commercial Use
• Pricing is 2-3 times the personal use price (e.g., $50 * 2 = $100 USD).
• If not buying out the artwork (priced at 4 times the personal use price), credit me every time.
• Commercial authorization ≠ copyright transfer.

Allowed:

  • Promotion

  • Resale, but not at a higher price than our original agreement.

Not Allowed:

  • Editing

  • Requesting that I do not include the artwork in my portfolio.
